ORDER : Y.K. Sabharwal, J. The parties shall place on record the aspects which are required to be gone into and guidelines issued by this Court so that the admissions to medical courses are streamlined from the next academic year, particularly, having regard to the total chaos that prevailed during the present academic year. The question about the timely recognition/non- recognition by the MCI/DCI will also have to be gone into. On questions to be examined, parties may file their suggestions by the end of October, 2004. 2. List the matters on a non-miscellaneous day in the Month of November, 2004.
