JUDGMENT 1. - I have heard learned counsel for petitioner Neat Nagpal alias Jeet Nagpal, learned Public Prosecutor for the State and have perused the relevant documents placed before me including the statements of the witnesses namely; Arvind PW-2 and Mahesh PW-4 so far examined during the trial who have turned hostile in Sessions Case No. 266/2004 for offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 IPC pending trial before the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Dholpur. 2. Having considered the submissions made at the bar, the nature of evidence that has come on record and all other facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper now to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 3. In the result, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Ajeet Nagpal alias Jeet Nagpal son of Shri Ram Chand shall be released on bail in FIR No. 341/2003 registered at PS. Kotwali, Dholpur for offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 IPC on his furnishing a personal bond In the sum of Rs. 20,000/- together with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned trial court for his appearance before that court on all dates of hearing until conclusion of the trial.Bail Allowed on Usual Terms and Conditions. *******
