ORDER 1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants. 2. In this case, the National Commission has awarded 18% interest. It is stated that the appellant has already received the amount. In Ghaziabad Development Authority v. Balbir Singh1 this Court has held that the amount already paid to the beneficiary should not be refunded. The only grievance of the appellant is that the amount which he has already received should not be allowed to be refunded. In view of the orders passed in Balbir Singh easel the amount paid to the appellant shall not be refunded. 3. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
