Judgment Viney Mittal, J. 1. The petitioner is the mother-in-law. A case under Sections 498-A/304-B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Cede was registered against her. 2. The learned Counsel "for the petitioner relies upon an order dated January 16, 2004 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. 57881-M of 2003. Vide the aforesaid order, bail was granted to Nafe Singh, who is father-in-law of the deceased and husband of the present petitioner. 3. The allegations against the petitioner are also similar as against aforesaid Nafe Singh. It is alleged that about 8 months prior to the date of occurrence i.e., June 20, 2003, the petitioner along with other family members had taunted Mukesh (deceased) wife of Naresh for bringing inferior quality of gift at the time of birth of the child. 4. Without commenting upon the merit of the controversy at all and keeping in view the fact that the deceased had died of burns and no specific role has been ascribed to the petitioner by the prosecution, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Judge, Sonepat.
