JUDGMENT: Hon'ble P.C. Pant, J.-Heard Shri P.M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. . 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of Narendra Kumar Verma who is in jail in connection with crime No. 166 of 2004 under Section 306 of I.P.C. registered at P.S. Ranipur. District Haridwar. 3. Though the applicant is named in the suicide note but there appears no immediate provocation on the part of the applicant. 4. Considering the overall circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion as to the final merits of the case. the applicant deserves bail and it is directed that the applicant namely Narendra Kumar Verma be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M.. Haridwar.
