Judgment 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. There is no occasion for the Court to interfere in this matter when the Court came to a prima facie conclusion that the issue is one of violation of injunction under Order 39, Rule 2(A) of the Code of Civil Procedure, the Advocate Commissioner also reported on it. 3. Violating an injunction during pendency of a proceeding shows breakdown of the rule of law. Whether the opposite parties like or not, as long as an injunction of the Court subsists, parties are to maintain the terms of the injunction. This court is not inclined to interfere in this matter. 4. Dismissed.
