ORDER : 1. By petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution, the appellants herein challenged the regulation which provided reservation for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes. The writ petitions were dismissed and against the said judgments, the appellants are in appeal before us. 2. Having heard the matters, we are of the view that these cases involve substantial question of law as to the interpretation of the Constitution and are, therefore, required to be heard by a Bench of five Judges. 3. Let the papers be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate orders.
