JUDGMENT : 1. Let the counter affidavit be filed by Narendra Chowdhary during course of the day. 2. We have looked into the CBI's report. CBI to continue further investigation and apprise the development of the investigation to this Court. This report be kept in sealed cover in the custody of the Registrar General of this Court. 3. Issue notice also to A K Gadhvi, Adv. practising at Ahmedabad. Notice be served through Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Ahmedabad. The notice shall indicate that A K Gadhvi shall file counter affidavit on or before 23rd February, 2004. 4. List this matter on 23rd February, 2004. 5. In the meantime, the petitioners may file rejoinder to the counter affidavits filed by the respondents. 6. I.A. filed by Dr. Rajesh Sharma and Mr. O.B. Mishra, applicants in- person for impleadment/intervention, is taken on board and is rejected.
