Judgment 1. Maintainability matter has been placed under the heading For Orders. 2. This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed against the order dated 2.9.2003 allowing amendment in F.A. No. 249 of 2000. In our view, in view of the provisions contained under section 100A of the Code of Civil Procedure, this appeal is not maintainable and it is held so.
