JUDGMENT : 1. We have looked into the additional report furnished by the CBI. It appears that the further investigation would take another two weeks. List this matter on 8th March, 2004. By that time CBI shall furnish the report of progress made in the investigation. 2. Let this Report be placed in a sealed cover and kept in the custody of the Registrar General of this Court.
