JUDGMENT : M.R. Verma, J. The order under challenge in this petition has been passed by the Court below under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure thereby recalling a prosecution witness for further cross-examination on the application of the respondent/accused. The impugned order apparently is an interlocutory order, therefore, in view of the provisions of Section 397 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure revision against the said order is not maintainable. 2. As a result, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
