ORDER : 1. On hearing learned counsel representing the financial institutions, State of Maharashtra and Maharashtra State Electricity Board, it appears that details of restart of plant and other modalities are required to be discussed by the said parties with the Contractor/Operator. Mr. Salve, learned senior counsel, suggests that the matter may be deferred for two weeks. Ordered accordingly. 2. Having regard to the submissions made by Mr. Chidambaram, learned senior counsel, we feel that hearing of the appeal deserves to be expedited. We grant liberty to the parties to mention the matter before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for fixing the date of the hearing of the appeal.
