Judgment :- By consent of counsel for both sides, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 1. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in Letter No.19104/U1/2003-47, School Education Department dated 17-06-2003 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to receive the inspection fee from the petitioner institute and send Committee for inspection, consider and pass orders on the application for No Objection Certificate on merits. 2. The petitioner has submitted an application to the second respondent for inspection of the teacher training School run by the petitioner. On scrutiny of the said application, it is found that the petitioner has not paid the sum of Rs.18,000/- towards application processing fee. The second respondent has also sent a letter calling upon the petitioner to pay the said amount, but it was not paid by the petitioner within the prescribed period. Hence, the application was rejected. 3. It is submitted by Mr.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioner that the amount was paid now and the second respondent has also fixed a date for inspection. 4. In view of the same, no further order is required. Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected WPMP is closed.
