JUDGMENT 1. - The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking writ order or direction directing the Civil Judge (SD), Srimadhopur, Sikar to decide the suit No. 41/88 (B.T. 64/2002), Mali Ram v. Mandir Shri Ram Dala & Ors. , expeditiously. 2. Learned counsel in support of his submissions submitted a copy of the judgment passed by this Court in case of Moti v. Board of Revenue, Ajmer & Ors., SBCWP No. 6576/2002, dated 23.10.2002. wherein this Court observed that the appeal is pending before the Board of Revenue since 2000, but it has not been heard as yet. Their Lordships of Supreme Court issued directions in all Courts and Tribunals' to expeditiously decide the cases of Senior Citizens. 3. Admittedly, the petitioner is of 70 years age and the suit is pending since 1988, therefore, in view of the judgment dated 23.10.2002 and the direction given by Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Civil Court is directed to decide the suit No. 41/88 (B.T. 64/2002) preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the judgment. 4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.Writ Petition disposed of. *******
