The suit was filed only on the basis of promissory note and not on the basis of accounts or ledger accounts, which the petitioner herein asked to produce, is not relevant for the decision of the Court. Hence the C.R.P. is dismissed. Consequently, the connected C.M.P. is also dismissed.
