( 1 ) AFTER hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we clarify that what has been rejected vide para 19 of the judgment dated 17-10-2003 is the argument which is noted in the first sentence of the paragraph. We further direct the words "by itself to be read as added at the end of para 19. The rest of the prayers made in the applications cannot be allowed by way of clarification.
