ORAL JUDGMENT P.V. Hardas, J.- This second appeal has been filed at the instance of the original plaintiffs being aggrieved by the judgment and decree passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Margao, dated 30th September 1997, in Regular Civil Suit No. 256/82/D and confirmed by the judgment and decree passed by the learned Additional District Judge (II), South Goa, Margao, dated 20th April 1998, in Regular Civil Appeal No. 64/1997. This second appeal came to be admitted by this Court on 26th November, 1998. 2. When the second appeal is called out for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties have placed the consent terms, which are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. The consent terms are signed by the learned counsel for the parties as well as by the appellants 1 and 2 and the respondent. The parties are present in Court and acknowledge their signatures and thumb impression and verify the contents of the consent terms. In view of the consent terms filed at 'X', the second appeal is decreed in terms of the consent terms. Decree be drawn accordingly. In the circumstances there is no order as to costs. Appeal decreed.
