ORDER The Central Government will frame the necessary rules and designate the Appellate Authority under Section 176(2)(u) of the Electricity Act, 2003. The matter is adjourned for four weeks in order to enable the Central Government to take the necessary steps. As far as the State Government is concerned, they are directed to file an affidavit giving particulars of the steps alleged to have been taken and which are being taken with regard to the setting up of Special Courts, in the meantime.
