JUDGMENT 1. - In this petition, the prayer has been made that petitioners be allowed to appear in any Government School Examination Centre at Fatehpur instead of Government Girls Secondary School Nawalgarh, District Jhunjhunu. 2. Mr. Dhand, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that examinations are commencing from 12.4.2004. 3. Today is 8.4.2004, three days are left. If any direction is given, then it will not only be difficult, but impossible also for the respondents to make necessary arrangements for these petitioners to appear in any Government School Examination Centre at Fatehpur. Therefore, there is no justification for such direction, which cannot be complied. 4. No case is made out for interference. 5. The writ petition stands dismissed at admission stage.Writ Petition Dismissed. *******
