Judgment 1. This revision application is directed against the order dated 6.9.2002, by which the court below has allowed the prayer of the defendant-opposite parties for further cross-examination of the plaintiffs, witnesses on payment of cost mentioned therein after having taken note of the earlier compromise and nature of the cross- examination made earlier. 2. This court in civil revision will not interfere with the impugned order, but the defendants have to incur expenditure which the plaintiffs will have to meet in producing the aforesaid witnesses. Accordingly, the amount of cost, which has to be deposited by the defendant-opposite parties, is enhanced to Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two thousand). Thus, the order passed by the court below dated 6.9.2002 is upheld with this modification that the said witnesses will be produced by the plaintiff-petitioners for their further cross-examination after the defendant-opposite parties deposit Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) in the court below and the said amount shall be immediately paid to the plaintiffs. 3. This revision application is, accordingly disposed of.
