Lahoti, J. - It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent under instructions that a representation made by the respondent's father is under the active consideration of Justice Saharya Committee and the relevant papers have been forwarded by the State of Tamil Nadu for the consideration of the Committee. The outcome is awaited and may be available shortly. The decision of the Committee shall have a material bearing on these petitions. Hence adjourned. 2. To be listed soon after summer vacation.
