JUDGMENT 1. - The petitioner is facing trial on the charge of murder of his own son, who was an advocate. In view of this, no lawyer of Udaipur District is prepare to appear for him. The Additional Sessions Judge, (Fast Track) Udaipur has also sent his comments in communication dated 26.4.2003. It appears that on earlier occasions, some lawyers came forward and filed their `vakalatnamas' but under the pressure of the Bar Association, withdrew the same. 2. Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that the ends of justice would meet if the trial of the case is transferred to nearing district at Rajsamand. 3. Consequently, the petition is allowed. The Criminal Case No. 34/2003, State v. Keshri Singh pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track), Udaipur is transferred to the Sessions Judge, Rajsamand.Petition allowed. *******
