JUDGMENT 1. This bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of petitioner Smt.Manbhari Devi along with others who apprehend their arrest in a case arising out of FIR No.114/2003 PS Losal, District Sikar for pending investigation for offences under Sections 323, 341, 342, 143 and 307 IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that main culprit Suresh who is alleged to have caused grievous injury has already been enlarged on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. and no grievous injuries are attributed to the petitioners who are women. Learned PP has also not raised any objection to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3. Thus, having regard to the submission made at the bar, nature of accusation, materials on record, I deem it just and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4. In the result, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of petitioners Smt.Manbhari Devi, Smt.Sayari Devi and Smt.Bindiya Devi in FIR No. 114/2003 registered at PS Losal, Distt.
