( 1 ) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioners. Though served, none appears for the respondents. ( 2 ) PETITIONERS are the plaintiffs, who aggrieved against the orders dismissing i. A. NO. 893 of 2003 in O. S. No. 5011 of 1992 dated 10-12-2003 on the file of VII Junior civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad filed under Order 7, Rule 14 (3) read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure. ( 3 ) THE Case of the petitioners is that the documents which are sought to be introduced are only certified copies and they are relevant and necessary for adjudication of matter in issue and they could not be filed earlier as they were not in their custody, ( 4 ) THE Court below, having heard the counsel on either side and considering the material on record, held that the suit is at the stage of arguments and the documents now sought to be produced at or before settlement of issues and therefore, they shall not be received at any subsequent stage of proceedings unless good cause is shown to the satisfaction of the Court and that the petitioners have not filed any petition to reopen the evidence. ( 5 ) HAVING heard the counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the material on record, it is seen that the documents sought to be filed are only certified copies and they can be received and if the respondents have got any objection, they can raise the same at the time of arguments which will be considered by the Court below. Further there being no serious dispute about the authenticity of the documents, there cannot be any impediment for receiving the documents even at a later stage. ( 6 ) ACCORDINGLY, at the admission stage itself, this revision petition is allowed and the order under revision petition is set aside. No costs.
