JUDGMENT 1. - The learned trial Court has rejected the complainant's application filed under section 319'Cr.P.C. to add the persons viz, Shravan. Girdharilal, Ramniwas, Surji, Ratni, Premi, Jhabu Ram, Jhumri etc., as accused in the pending trial against Lichman Ram and others. The learned trial Court found that the independent witnesses PW-4 Deepa Ram and PW-6 Sunder Devi haw not named the aforesaid persons. It is significant to notice that no application has been filed by the prosecution for adding them as accused under section 319 Criminal Procedure Code The complainant, during trial can only assist the Public Prosecutor. 2. I do not find any justified reason to interfere with the impugned order. 3. The revision petition stands dismissed.Revision petition dismissed. *******
