JUDGMENT 1. - The instant petition has been preferred by one Rajendra Singh under the label of "Public Interest Litigation" seeking direction to de-acquire the land sought to be acquired for the purpose of extension of Karni Industrial Area Scheme, Bikaner and to provide all sort of facilities to protect the people from pollution developing in the town of Bikaner. 2. A reply to the writ petition has been filed. The instant petition appears to be a personal litigation under the garb of "Public Interest Litigation". It is pointed out that the petitioner owns the land covered by Khasra No. 77/59 measuring five bighas. It is stated that the petitioner while accepting the position of acquisition, prayed for allotment of residential house measuring 300 square meters in terms of the Corporation's letter dated 3.8.1999. A copy of the letter has been placed on record as Annex.R4/l. It is also averred that there is already an industrial area known as Bichhwal Industrial Area. 3. We are of the view that the instant petition has been filed with an oblique motive. Petitioner is trying to abuse the process of the Court under the label of PIL. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.Writ Petition Dismissed. *******
