JUDGMENT : Ashok Bhan, J. This appeal was directed to be tagged with Civil Appeal No. 7941 of 1995 by this Court's order dated 15.9.1997 decided on 5th October, 2003 and reported in 2004 (1) SCC 12 . In view of the acceptance of the said appeals and dismissal of the suit filed by the SCB, this appeal has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
