No. 9 We have heard K K Venugopal, learned senior counsel for the plaintiff-State of Assam as also the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India and Kailash Vasdev, learned senior counsel for the State of Nagaland. 2. The learned counsel for the State of Arunachal Pradesh is present in the Court and states that Original Suit No. 1 of 1989 between State of Assam and State of Arunachal Pradesh is pending in this Court raising similar issues and needs to be taken up for hearing along with this suit. 3. The learned Attorney General is also present in the Court in view of the Court earlier having desired his assistance. He seeks time for having instructions. List on 9th August, 2004 along with the record of Original Suit No. 1/1989.
