Sanjay Kishan Kaul, J. ( 1 ) CM No. 11077-79/04 allowed, subject to all just exceptions. +wp (C) 15291/2004 rule. Learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 accepts notice of rule. ( 2 ) WITH the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up final disposal. ( 3 ) THE grievance of the petitioner is that the impugned certificate No. 66926 dated 25. 03. 2004 has been wrongly registered by the Registrar, Copyright, and that the application of the petitioner for revocation/cancellation of certificate dated 20. 09. 2003 issued by the Registrar, Trade Mark be expeditiously disposed of. ( 4 ) IN view of the aforesaid, it is agreed that respondents No. 2 to dispose of the application/objections within a maximum period of two months from today. It is further directed that in the eventuality of the petitioner succeeding before the Registrar of Trade Marks, the Registrar of Copyright would take appropriate action in accordance with law within a maximum period of one month of the order of the Registrar of Trade Marks being bought to his notice. ( 5 ) THE writ petition has been disposed of in the aforesaid terms. CM No. 11076/2004 no. further orders are called for in this application in view of the disposal of the writ petition.
