Judgment 1. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 110 of 2004 registered under Sections 420. 467, 468, 471 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code and prays for grant of anticipatory bail. 2. Various submissions have been made by Mr. Vindhya Keshri Kumar while pressing this application for grant of anticipatory bail and he insists that those submission may be noted down and answered. It is were settled that while considering the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail this Court indicates only such reason which weighs with it either to grant bail or refuse it and there is sound reason for that. Any observation touching the merit of the case would prejudice either party in trial. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to enter into all the submissions made by Mr. Kumar. 3. Allegation against the petitioner is that while he was functioning as Postal Messenger, he changed the names of the payees, their address and numbers of the money order and by forging the signature defalcated the amount. 4. In view of nature of allegation and material available, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer of the petitioner. 5. Application stands dismissed.
