ORDER : 1. Mr. A.D.N. Rao, learned counsel, states that field survey was conducted during 4-6 March, 2004 by the officials of the Ministry of Environment and Forests to take a final decision in respect of the proposal for construction of road between Kotdwar to Ramnagar passing through Corbett Tiger Reserve and the same is under consideration and likely to be finalised within two weeks and communicated to the State of Uttaranchal. 2. The Ministry is directed to file an affidavit after the communication is sent to the State of Uttaranchal. The State of Uttaranchal may file response within two weeks of the filing of the affidavit by the Ministry. The case is adjourned.
