ORDER : Y.K. Sabharwal, J. Synopsis have been filed in terms of the orders passed in that regard. Mr. MN. Krishnamani, learned senior counsel appearing for Union of India submits that in one of the matters he had earlier appeared for lawyers and it may not be appropriate to represent Union of India. We are of the view that it would be appropriate in a matter of this nature for either Attorney General or Solicitor General to assist the Court. 2.
