( 1 ) THE real dispute between the parties stood settled by an award dated 1. 11. 2002. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that to best of her knowledge the said award has neither been questioned nor they have received any notice as on today. In accordance with the said award the present petitioner made various representations to the appropriate Government stating the award was published on 19th May, 2003 and become enforcement on 18th June, 2002. The petitioner served the notice and made various representation to get the said award implemented but of no result. ( 2 ) THE prayer in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is that the appropriate Government should be directed to decide the complaint dated 16th september, 2003 filed by the Petitioner and take appropriate action in terms of the Section 25 (3) read with Section 2 (a) of the Industrial disputes Act. ( 3 ) LEARNED Counsel for the petitioner also relies upon the judgment of this Court reported as 2003 VI AD (Delhi) 215 Sanjay kumar Sharma Vs. Secretary, Labour and anr. ( 4 ) IT may not be necessary for this Court in the circumstances of the case to issue any notice to the respondents. In any case learned counsel appearing for the appropriate government is present in the Court and states she has no objection if the directions issued to the authorities concerned to decide the said representation within a reasonable time. ( 5 ) IN the circumstances aforesaid this petition is disposed of with the direction to the appropriate Government to consider the application filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than three months from the date a copy of this order is served upon to the concerned authority. With these directions, the petition stands disposed of.
