JUDGMENT : 1. The resignation letter which is produced in this Court today by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent is accepted by the appellants. The appellants will now in compliance with the earlier order of this Court withdraw the order of termination. However, it is being made clear that the substitution of the order of termination by the letter of resignation will not entitle the respondent to any terminal benefits. It is made clear that the acceptance of the letter of resignation shall merely indicate an acceptance of offer of resignation and the withdrawal of the order of termination must be effected within a period of two weeks. 2. The civil appeal is ordered accordingly.
