JUDGMENT 1. - Having heard learned counsel for the appellant, we are not inclined to interfere in this appeal. 2. The matter relates to transfer of the appellant. The Tribunal has found that the appellant has for a long time remained at a particular place and since he has been transferred shortly and has been brought back to Bikaner in place of a person, who is suffering Prolapse Intervertebral Disc (MRI prcied), needs an attendant and requires to be posted at nearer to medical col age. 3. In these circumstances, the learned Single Judge has thought it fit to interfere with the transfer of the appellant from Shahbad, District Baran again to Bikaner where he has been sent recently after remaining for a long time at Bikaner. There was no failure of substantial justice either.The appeal fails and is hereby dismissed.Appeal Dismissed. *******
