Judgment ( 1 ) THE learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to effect dasti service on Respondent 6. Let it be done within three weeks. WP (C) No. 19 of 2004 ( 2 ) THE learned counsel appearing for the University Grants Commission states that the Commission is in the process of carrying out inspection of various universities at the addresses given and has found that some of the universities are non-existent. Let him make a statement in that regard on affidavit within two weeks. ( 3 ) SUCH of the respondent universities who have entered appearance may file their counter-affidavits within two weeks. ( 4 ) LIST for directions in the matter of service on other universities on 23-8-2004.
