ORDER : B.N. Agrawal, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that these are fit cases for transfer. Accordingly, Original Case No. 268 of 2002 titled as Col. Hargobind Singh v. Prabhjot Singh, Original Case No. 266 of 2002 titled as Col. Hargobind Singh v. Har Gur Saran Singh and Original Case No. 267 of 2002 titled as Amrinder Kaur v. Har Gur Saran Singh pending in the Court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rampur, U.P. are transferred to the District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi who shall either try the proceeding himself or shall make over the same for trial to any other court of competent jurisdiction. 3. The transfer petitions are, thus, disposed of accordingly.
