Judgment 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner substantially relates to payment of monetary benefit to him on account of time bound promotions. 3. JC to AAG 3 with reference to counter affidavit submitted that time bound promotions have already been granted to the petitioner and necessary directions have also been issued for payment of monetary benefits on account of promotions. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submitted that till date he has not received the benefit of time bound promotions. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent authorities are directed to ensure payment of consequential monetary benefits of time bound promotions granted to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 6. This order is being passed on the assumption that consequential monetary benefits have not been paid to the petitioner on account of promotions. 7. With the direction/observation aforesaid, this application is disposed of.
