JUDGMENT M.M Aggarwal, J. - Mr. Kiran Kumar, Sr. Scientific Officer, Forensic Science Laboratory, Madhuban, Karnal is present in Court. He states that W/W means weight by weight and when it is written as 24.1% W/W, then it will be 24.1 gram as against 100 gram. 2. In this case, 300 gms smack is stated to have been recovered from the present petitioner-accused. Diacetylmorphine against this 300 gms shall come to 72.3 gms as per report since it is shown as 24.1% W/W. It is non-commercial quantity. 3. Petitioner is stated to be in custody for the last more than four months. 4. Bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Petition allowed.
