ORDER : 1. Learned Solicitor General, appearing for the State of Haryana, has filed a compilation of documents which includes the minutes of meeting held on 14th April, 2005 under the Chairmanship of Chief Secretary of State Government on the issue of Action Plan prepared by the Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, and the decision taken by the State Government. The Action Plan prepared by the Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, is referred to in our order dated 29th March, 2005. A revised Action Plan to curb illegal mining in Gurgaon District in the State of Hayana has also been placed on record. The said compilation also comprises of the reports dated 3rd May, 2005 from Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon sent to the Coimmissioner & Secretary to Government of Haryana, Mines and Geology Department, Chandigarh, and 1st May, 2005 addressed to the Director General of Police besides the report from the Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, dated 4th May, 2005 sent to the Chief Secretary of the State. 2. A copy of the compilation has been handed over to Mr.Ranjit Kumar, learned amicus curiae. Let him examine and assist the court on the next date of hearing. I.A. No. 1858-1859 : 3.
