JUDGMENT 1. - Having heard rival submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and upon perusal of the order dated 18.3.2005 passed by the District Collector, Bundi, this Court is of the considered opinion that such writ petition is not maintainable as no order whatsoever prejudicial to the interest of the petitioner has been passed. 2. However, vide order dated 18.3.2005 NOC is granted by the Collector so far as the Khasra No. 312 measuring 8 bighas 16 biswa. Petitioner submits that he is in possession of this land in question. To show his possession he placed Annex. 3 copy of Jamabandi. 3. Be that as it may. Without entering into the merit of the case, it is for the respondents -to take appropriate steps in accordance with the provisions of law for dispossessing the petitioner from the land in question and shall follow due process of law. 4. In view of these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.Writ Petition Disposed of. *******
