Judgment 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. These matters pertain to payment of retiral dues to the petitioners. 3. Pursuant to order dated 2.12.2005, the Executive Officer of Motihari Municipality has appeared in person and has filed counter affidavits. 4. It is submitted at the bar that most of the retiral dues have been paid to the petitioners and in case, the further dues would be payable the petitioners may represent before the authorities, which would be considered and necessary payment, if any, permissible in law, shall be made to them within four weeks of the representation. 5. In this view of the matter, the petitioners may represent their cases before the authorities for left over grievances, which would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law and necessary payment, permissible in law, shall be made within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. 6. With the direction/observation aforesaid, this application is disposed of. 7. Personal appearance of the Executive Officer, Motihari Municipality, is dispensed with.
