JUDGMENT : B.N. Agrawal, P.K. Balasubramanyan, JJ. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, the special leave petitions are dismissed. The petitioners are allowed time till 30th November, 2005 to vacate the premises in question upon filing usual undertaking within eight weeks from today.
