ORDER : Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and pending decision by the Constitution Bench in S. L. P. (C) No. 9932 of 2004 and connected matters, we stay the operation of the order of the Committee dated 12th July, 2005 and permit the applicant -College to conduct the admissions in the same manner in which it was conducted in the last academic year, i.e., 2004-2005. 2. The interlocutory application is, accordingly, disposed of. Order accordingly.
