ORDER 1. At the request of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitions are fixed for hearing on 20 - 9 - 2005. 2. In the meantime, the prosecution arguments may continue but thereafter the trial to remain stayed and defence argument not to start without 9 further orders of this Court. 3.
