Judgment :- The Honourable Chief Justice The appellants had filed the writ petition challenging the order dated 2.4.2005 passed under Section 204(3) of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act. In our opinion, the appellants have a clear alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 219 of the said Act. Hence this writ appeal as well as the writ petition are dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy under Section 219 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act. W.A.M.P.No.2654 of 2005 is dismissed.
