ORDER : 1. We are of the view that it would be appropriate that, in the first instance, the suggestions of the petitioner, including additional suggestions, are discussed by the learned counsel for the petitioner with the learned Additional Solicitor General, who represents the Union of India, learned counsel for the Reserve Bank of India and the senior officers of the Government and the Reserve Bank of India. Before meeting to discuss the issues, Mr. Prashant Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioner, may give the suggestions, which he states he will give in writing to the learned Additional Solicitor General and learned counsel for the Reserve Bank of India within three days. 2. List the petition on a non-miscellaneous day after four weeks.
