The learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India, Mr. Mukul Rohtagi, learned senior counsel appearing for Tehri Hydro Development Corporation and Ms. Rachana Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the State of Uttaranchal, submit that the doubts raised by the petitioner have been examined by the experts and there is no danger whatsoever of the nature pointed out by the petitioner. 2. Let replies be filed in the Registry with copies to the petitioner, including all other parties, who may look into it and, if necessary, file any response thereto. 3. The matter is adjourned.
