Judgment :- (Prayer: - This writ appeal is directed against the order made in WP.No.24.6.2005 on the file of this court.) P. Sathasivam, J. 1. This Writ Appeal has been directed against the order of the learned single Judge of this court dated 24.6.2005 made in WP.No.5438/2005, in and by which, the learned single Judge disposed of the said Writ Petition, with a direction to the Electricity Board that on payment of necessary costs, electricity supply to the premises of the petitioner/appellant may be restored. 2. We have gone through the order of the learned single Judge and heard the learned counsel for the appellant. 3. It is relevant to refer to the proceedings dated 19.7.2005, which is a letter from the Assistant Executive Engineer (O&M), Palakkuruchi, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board to the appellant herein. The relevant portion of the said letter reads as under: - "vdnt jq;fSila tPl;ow;F kpd; ,izg;g[ tHq;Ftjw;F jpU.Jiurhkp brl;oahh; mth;fspd; tPl;ow;Fk; jq;fSf;F brhe;jkhd filitf;fg;gl;Ls;s kw;bwhU fl;olj;jpw;Fk; ,ilapYs;s re;jpd; tHpahf kpd;ghij mikf;f kjpg;gPL jahh; bra;ag;gl;Ls;sJ mjd; kjg;gPl;L bjhif :U:gha; ehd;F Mapuj;J Ehw;W ,UgJ Mfpd;wJ." In the light of the above statement, we are unable to accept the claim of the appellant that the authorities of the Electricity Board are using circuitous route for restoration of electricity supply to his premises. The said contention is liable to be rejected. In the light of the reasons stated in the above said letter, we do not find any error or infirmity in the order impugned. Hence, this writ appeal fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
