ORDER : B. N. Agarwal, J. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondent. 2. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Moradabad, has submitted a report annexing therewith certified copy of the order dated 22nd August, 2005, passed by the trial court which shows that the petitioner was produced in the Court and he was remanded to custody. In the facts and circumstances of this case, we direct that until further orders, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 14th Court, Moradabad. The petitioner must appear before this Court in-person on the next date in this case, i.e., 3rd October, 2005.
